Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Carriers We partner with trusted global carriers including USPS, YunExpress, and ePacket to ensure reliable delivery to your door.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update after shipment.

Split Shipments Some orders may ship in multiple packages to speed up delivery. You will not be charged extra for split shipments.

Lost or Delayed Packages If your package hasn't arrived within the estimated window, please contact us at luvrinstore@gmail. We will investigate and issue a full refund if the package is confirmed lost.
